Prima Worldwide, since it was founded in 1999, has established itself as a leading facilitator of relationships. This success has enabled Prima to form three operational entities under its umbrella. These entities include an advisory business that empowers our clients with Prima’s high-level business strategy and facilitates relationships that see the strategies come to fruition; a holding company comprising equity of Prima’s partner companies, including companies Prima has co-Founded or originated, as well as strategic investments that we have made; and finally our venture origination business where Prima takes mature technologies and marry them with seasoned operators and sophisticated entrepreneurs to commercialize the technologies into flourishing and profitable companies.
To date, Prima has co-founded and originated, or has been involved at seed level in over 36 businesses across a variety of industries ranging from medical devices to internet advertising.
