Identify the strategic relationships
Upon the commencement of a client engagement, Prima prioritizes the relationships that will meet the client’s objectives and most effective strategy to facilitate the relationships.
Information provided
Upon prioritization of the relationships, Prima provides a full bio, historical data, and relevant information for our client in preparation for the initial introductory meeting. Prior to the initial meeting, both parties are briefed as to the relevance of the meeting, the agenda, and the synergies that exist between the two organizations.
Initial introductions
Prima coordinates the initial introductions for our clients. In some cases,
a Prima representative will guide the discussion. If our client wishes to
form relationships outside of their geographic area, Prima will coordinate
all aspects of the journey including transportation, accommodations, and
strategic meetings to achieve objectives.
Detailed Reporting for All Introductions
Prima provides a visit report for each new contact outlining the current discussion,
next steps, and follow-up in the development of the new relationship. We
utilize this reporting system with each introduction.
Extensive Follow-up
Prima provides extensive follow-up to ensure that the relationship is developed
properly to ensure maximum results. We coordinate follow-up meetings and
provide all information that is required from both parties until the relationship
reaches their desired objectives.
Success
Our process culminates with the successful achievement of our client’s
business objectives. We work indefatigably through the outlined process to
ensure our clients are satisfied.
